Perangkat ini ditenagai oleh NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 32/64GB, prosesor ARM Cortex-A78AE 8/12 core, serta GPU berbasis arsitektur NVIDIA Ampere dengan Tensor Cores. BRAV-7131 dilengkapi memori onboard LPDDR5 sebesar 32GB atau 64GB dengan bandwidth hingga 204,8GB/s, serta storage eMMC 64GB. Untuk kebutuhan penyimpanan tambahan, tersedia slot M.2 NVMe dan bay SATA 2.5”. Dukungan ekspansi juga sangat lengkap, termasuk Mini PCIe full size, M.2 B-Key untuk 4G LTE atau 5G NR, serta M.2 E-Key untuk WiFi6 dan Bluetooth 5.0.
